Spotting 5dpo

I woke up today with some pink/red spotting 😩 I’m 5dpo, tracked opks and confirmed with bbt. I’m taking oral progesterone too. I had a little brown spotting yesterday and then more pink today. Anyone have any insights? I called my ob just waiting to hear back.
