I’ve just stopped taking the depot shot about 2 weeks ago. When I first come on the shot, it made me like cry for no reason for the first week. Every since coming off the shot, I’ve spent a few days really snappy and irritable but now, the past week, I’ve been just really low. I’m not cranky or anything, just don’t feel happy. Could this be in relation to the shot? I’ve never been like this before and can’t think of anything else to bring it on so suddenly. Has anyone else had this? do you know any solutions to try and help with this? How long does it last?
