Did ivf, low progesterone, normal hcg

Hi everyone,

I’m 4 weeks and 6 days pregnant today. I got pregnant through ivf, but no fertility issues. It was for a genetic reason. I have two healthy kids, this is my third. I took a pregnancy blood test Monday at 4 weeks 3 days and my hcg was 1536. Today they did a blood test to check for hcg and progesterone. Hcg was 5700ish, but progesterone was 7. Through my ivf I’m taking 200mg progesterone 3 times a day and 2mg estrogen twice a day. Doc told me to up my progesterone to 4 times a day and come back for bloodwork in a few days. Should I be concerned for miscarriage? I have low backache, but no spotting.
