Is this positif ? What does is mean ? Horizontal line clearblue early detection

Hello lovelies 💖 Im TTC with my husband for 8 months now after our first miscarrage and today (friday 23rd) my app says im supposed to have my period in 4 day, but i did the Clearblue early detection test that says you can test as early as 4 days before period and a horizontal line showed op within the time frame which is 3 minutes.
I kinda feel bloaded and my breasts are sensitive.. Can you guys help me out ??! Any ideas ?

The horizontal line is supposed to be there . But this test is negative there’s supposed to be a vertical line to make it a plus if it was to be positive

Im Just gonna show you guys the small paper that comes with the test (sorry it's in French because i'm from Belgium)  but it's says image A/B/C with vertical line means "pregnant",  the Last image on the right  blanc and no line means "not pregnant" so no + sign whatsoever, like what you guys say une the comment. Maybe our test are a bit different from those in the US ?! Idk...

Yeah get a new test I definitely see your confusion😂 wtf it says it suppose to be horizontal but the line is vertical. I’d just get a new test that one is faulty for sure or in the wrong box
