Help please.. I'm shook and scared.

Sort story has a MC September 2nd levels at the time where 1704 came September 12th levels were 31 supposed to do my last repeat on Monday but was busy with my kids. Anywho I have been

active since Sept 8th when I got the okay when I stopped bleeding which was the 6th.

Had egg raw like CM on the 9th & blazing opk felt like I was about to ovulate. Past 2 days noticing I'm peeing ever few hrs, feeling a little queasy here and there. So I took a pregnancy test on the 21st. Seen a fait line which I know can be from the MC still left over HCG. So today I felt sick & kept pissing so much I wasn't even drinking much. use the clear blue, a first response and used some cheapies and these are the results I got an hour ago and I'm wondering if I ended up pregnant right after my miscarriage I had September 2nd. Is this possible? And please excuse the wrong dates on the first response.
