Premature rupture of membrane

I recently got diagnosed with premature rupture of the membrane. I'm 17 weeks pregnant and lost all my fluid and baby still has a strong heart beat. The doctor said they can't put any fluid back in my womb. The doctors want to induce labor cause they said my baby won't survive inside my womb without water and outside my stomach this early. I don't wanna lose my baby this was suppose to be my rainbow baby. I'll do anything to help my baby. They didn't give me an antibiotics to avoid infection. Has anyone else gone through this and have any ideas on what I can do to help my baby survive?
