12 year old daughter, BFP at 39 after trying for years.
I hope this helps someone. After years and years of trying I got my bfp a few days ago on the first day of my missed period. I was told by my doctor I had a low egg count and to start IVF soon before I wasn’t accepted due to age and low egg count. I believe these two things helped me get pregnant. First I took Ubiquinol (which is COQ 10). I purchased at Walmart. And I started going to the gym after being kind of sedentary for years. Also I want to clarify I’m a small person 5’6, 120. So it wasn’t in an effort to lose weight. I believe blood flow and circulation plays a part in getting pregnant as this also happened with my daughter 12 years ago. I got moving, walking, working out, and became pregnant. Now I’m just worried the pregnancy continues and everything turns out okay! I hope this helps someone!
