Helping with anxiety
I’m coming up to 5 months and I’ve noticed my anxiety has come back. It’s getting worse towards nighttime, it’s like I feel some click in my chest and I freak out. I’ve spoken to my midwife but she’s only said try to distract yourself which I’ve tried doing but I get to the point where I have to watch something till I pass out basically.
Has anyone ever suffered with anxiety or bad bad anxiety throughout pregnancy, what did you do to help?
