Hi, my son has really bad flare up from 6 weeks..

We tried aveeno eczema, Mastella, cerave,l’aro che posay . When his skin is red these all creams are making his skin burn and he cries very badly and we feel so bad for him

We tried 1% cortisone at last based on pediatrician recommendation h the hat works for us, but if we stop using it it comes again like this.

We are not interested in steroid for long time, do you have any other recommendations which helped for your little one and cured completely?
