My son just turned 5 months on Sunday and got his 4 months shots on Monday. He is ebe, he was fine all day but then yesterday he had a total of four poops three of them being back-to-back in the evening that seemed a lot more on the waterier side so I just considered it to be diarrhea. He was fine overnight had a pee diaper and then this morning had a pee diaper but I went to the restroom before changing him and by the time I got back he was pooping so I let him finish when I went to go change him it was watery but not as watery as yesterday's poops . Just curious to see if this is considered diarrhea or not also on one of his thighs that he got the shots at he still has a bit of a bump very small but I could feel it when I touch it do I just keep massaging it to make it go down?
