Is it possible to get pregnant on fluoxetine?

I’m on fluoxetine 30mg and I was just wondering can you still get pregnant or not on it and is there any side effects?

I got pregnant with my first while on it. I'm on it again (20 mg) as we're ttc for our 3rd. If you're debating whether or not you should be on it, talk to your doctor. There are serious risks to baby if mom's mental health isn't in check. My psychiatrist said it was best if I stayed on fluoxetine, as well as the 2 other drugs I'm on for ptsd and anxiety.

you can get pregnant on it but zoloft is the safest so you may have to switch if you do get pregnant
