This is my second, I never had this problem with my first pregnancy but my breasts started making colostrum already, I'm only 31w and all the information online says not to express this early because the risk of going into labor but my boobs hurt so much I know there full of colostrum. Has any of you had this problem? Did your doctor let you express early? My boobs are so painful I had to express last night I don't want to get mastitis I got 5ml colorstrum and no cramps at all
