Go to emergency room like NOW?!
I apologize LONG POST!! But I really need to explain my symptoms! Thanks to all who read it all and take the time to genuinely answer!! 🤍
I've been having some sharp upper quadrant pain that started on my left side upper rib area then it migrated to the right side and has stayed there for the most part... It's been ongoing for the past 2 days, worsening symptoms and pain severity. I've noticed my stomach is distended, I got the chills and my temp is lower than usual like 96⁰, my chest has been hurting, faster heart rate and diarrhea and it all started with constipation first... Now the pain is being felt all over my abdomen especially belly button area and lower right quadrant, and chest and back. My boyfriend says it's withdrawals from a med I stopped suddenly, but I suspect appendix because I felt a popping sensation last night around 9pm while inhaling then there was a huge jab felt like a pop in my abdomen. I've been hospitalized twice for sepsis before due to resistant UTI's and this almost feels like I'm going into sepsis mode... Been weak, confused, seeing double and nausea and vomiting, hurts inhaling to breathe. He has urged me to lay down and wait it out, try to rest .. well I have twins who are only 4 months old.. I'm trying to stay alive for.. But I'm also a hypochondriac and that's why he thinks I'm overreacting and should wait. My gut says otherwise yet here I am laying in bed with the chills, feeling hella sick... Can this be withdrawals or appendicitis? Need insight as he's headstrong I'm exaggerating my pain and making my anxiety worse. I've battled sepsis twice in hospital stays with IV antibiotics for 3 days to survive so the PTSD comes from that trauma.
