2 week old not pooping

Hello! My breastfed 2 week old has passed the meconium (took him 5 days), but we are still waiting for a decent sized poop. He is farting a LOT (stinky as well), but his "poops" are a size of little sharts (more of a smear on a diaper than actual poop). What comes out is small, yellowish brown, mucusy. Belly seems a little distended, but he was seen by Drs (just 3 d ago), and a nurse, and they didn't say anything.

He was jaundice, so wasn't nursing well the first week, but now he is a good eater and peeing well. It's just the gassiness, distended belly and lack of poo that have me concerned 🥹any feedback would be appreciated!
