My regular OB doctor is out of the office this week and next week. She may be out even longer due to a family emergency. I am supposed to see her tomorrow for my 35 week appointment and next week for my 36 week appointment. Our plan was to induce at 37 weeks due to my high blood pressure, diabetes type 2 and size of my baby. Now I have to see a doctor that doesn’t believe in inducing before 39 weeks. Are they able to go back on my original birth plan just because they don’t believe in inducing earlier? I am freaking out because I am 35+2 and getting so close to when I am supposed to give birth.
