Spotting?
I haven’t had a natural period in over 2 years. I was pregnant the end of 2019-mid 2020. I had 2 periods right after and had a progesterone induced period in March of this year. I’ve been working really hard on restoring my hormones. I’m on supplements including Ovasitol and I’ve had this brownish pink (veeeery light spotting) on and off for the past week and a half. This happened last month for only 3 days.
Is this my cycle trying to come back?
