What’s this from

Could this be termites. There was a lot of ants inside when we moved in they had to come spray twice they’re gone now but I noticed this. It’s a apartment btw.

Update: that’s so weird because we don’t have any animals. The second pic was already like that a little but the wood is new it was never like that before omg ew I wonder what it could be then….. we’ve been here for about 3 months now and the wood messed up is new
