Would it be weird?

Im applying to a small grocery store that has a specific counter for just CHEESE. Its not the deli counter, its the CHEESE COUNTER. I am not a master of all cheeses, but I do know a decent amount and my specialty at parties is a cheese board or cheese ball. I like every party having a different budget so I can see what I can get with different price points.

I might need to learn more about the more challenging cheeses, but crowd pleaser cheeses i know quite a bit about.

I was wondering if it would be weird to attach some pictures of some cheese plates I've done as additional documents on my application. It might give that personal touch that says "oh she's not blowing smoke up our asses, she actually makes cheese platters at least twice a year if not more" I would only pick like the two im proudest of, but I thought it might lend weight to the fact that I actually do love cheese and I'm not just trying to make it seem like I do so I get hired. Its not a top tier position, like a monger or anything. Its a part time intro to the cheese counter.
