Stomach pain during the first trimester

I’ve been having so much stomach pain and I’m only about 8 weeks so far. You know when you like over eat and it hurts to even touch your stomach. That’s how I feel like cramping all over my stomach not just lower stomach.

Been waiting for my doctors appointment just takes so long. I know they usually say everything’s normal unless there’s bleeding or till an ultrasound. Not my first pregnancy just have never had this for any pregnancy.

Im just wondering if anyone else has had these kind of pains and everything was okay or not.
