Could nausea mean labor?

I’m even annoying myself with this question because this is my fourth baby so I should know the answer. I’m 37+4 and I’ve gone almost to my due date with my other 3 so I’m not at all expecting to be in labor, but the nausea tonight has woken me up and it’s getting very uncomfortable. I’m not have cramps, other than some back aches.. it’s mainly just waves of intense nausea. Is this at all labor related/has anyone had experience with this?? Or is this just due to something I ate? It’s so hard being this far along and not knowing!
