Pregnant, 3rd time lucky?

So just found out that I'm pregnant again... but I don't feel anything like no emotion at all and neither does my partner. This is something we desperately want and have had very long 8 years with no postive tests until Nov 2021 when I had my first ectopic and then again in March (also ectopic). I can't help but feel it's just going be the same all over again and I really don't think I can go though it all again. I believe I'm only around 3 weeks, so there is a long wait before anyone will see me to make sure everythings as it should be.

Any Advice?
