I'm on a weightloss journey. I weighed 284 Aug. 25, 2022 now I weigh 258. Intermittent fasting works best for me. It isn't easy but I'm doing it. I was told by my doctor I was a borderline diabetic in the first week of September (this month)and that I can change things around before my next doctor appointment in 2 weeks. I have also stopped breathing in my sleep and snoring very very loudly due to so much weight gain, so I'm gonna get tested for sleep apnea too they hope its just the weight which I'm working on now. Since I am losing weight I don't have bad back aches anymore, I want take care of me now before it's to late. I'm almost 31, I have a 5 year old who needs me.
