Baby is 11 weeks and has fever of 101.7

Hi ftm here and my 11 week old has the weird cold my husband and I had low grade fevers (99) and sneezing. My 11 week got it fever reducing to 101.7 to 99. Been to doctors said to watch her. She eats, sleeps, pees, poops regular.

But the one question I have is it normal for her to be upset and cry/whine when I pick her up to do anything , rock her, move her to change her, put her down?

I’m gonna go with yea bc she still has a little fever but not sure
