Anyone with SPD?

Anyone dealing with SPD and knows some magical cures or tips to help? I’m in so much pain when I sent in a regular chair and then stand up to walk and it isn’t fun😭 I had it with my second pregnancy as well but not this early or severe. Any help is appreciated!

Same boat, I went through it with my first baby and now my second too. Both of my doctors told me it was nothing I can do but just deal with it until birth. So, if you ladies found out anything please let me know 💕

It doesn't make it go away but does prevent aggravation, i try to avoid separating my legs too much. I try to keep them very close together when I'm sitting in a chair or on the toilet, when I'm laying down, etc. That also means limiting sex and masturbation (not really in the mood anyway when it feels like my pelvic bones are being pulled apart). Hot packs and tylenol... look into getting extra cushions for your seats. Besides that I havent found anything that really helps except for the few nights I took half of a Norco just to be able to sleep. That took the pain away completely but I know to limit any opioid use and my mother gave them to me from her prescription anyway. Those few nights without any pain really were a blessing, though 😩
