I’m 10 DPO I’m pretty sure I have a positive test. I’ve been having period cramps for the last four days, fatigue, slight headache, a little bit of spotting, and constant backache. Today the spotting was light pink. I had a miscarriage in May and I feel like I’ve had the same symptoms that time so I’m kind of freaking out. Has anyone had these circumstances and the pregnancy was fine?

Is this positive? I took a digital as well but that said not pregnant. Probably too early to tell.
