Advice 😫

My (almost) 4 week old sometimes will nurse for 30-40 minutes and be fine for about 5-10 minutes then pitches fits and acts like she is still hungry (eating hands, doing the head shake when she feels something by her mouth trying to "latch") and I am at a loss for why she would still be hungry after nursing for so long.. am I wrong? Does this seem normal?
