FTM, what are some registry must haves? Due in Feb with rainbow babe

Hey!! Any advice is greatly appreciated! 
I’m needing something guidance on what are your must haves for newborns and what was useless and you didn’t really use? My mom and mother-in-law are both throwing me separate baby shower￼s and I’m grateful but wanting necessities over a bunch of things I’ll never get use out of. 
Any help is appreciated :)

I would personally avoid too many postpartum items geared towards a vaginal birth, I purchased all those things and then had an emergency c section and didn’t use them so I had to regift them. I would not register for certain kinds of bottles I would just purchase one of a few kinds to see what your baby likes. We got a bunch of one kind and I ended up hating them and they caused my son to have a lot of gas. The diaper genie we don’t use. Honestly my favorite most used items for a newborn are Velcro swaddles, the frida snot sucker, and the white noise machine.
