Very confused….

I already have a doctors appointment scheduled for Wednesday but was wondering if anyone had experienced something similar because I’m freaking out a little.

I have had two prior losses. Both happened very early before 6 weeks. I got a positive pregnant test in early September. My hcg levels were tested at 5 and a half weeks and were only at 128 and then two days later declined to 100. At this point all of my symptoms were gone. I had an ultrasound and there was no pregnancy found in my uterus, tubes, or ovaries and they confirmed it appeared to be a third early loss. I began bleeding a few days later for 4 days.

It’s now a week after the bleeding resolved and I had some light spotting. I’ve been feeling extremely emotional, tired, and started dry heaving yesterday and this morning so I took a new test which is darker than the tests I took a few weeks ago and considered a “dye stealer”. I am obviously concerned about my body retaining the most recent pregnancy or a molar pregnancy but there was nothing visualized on the ultrasound to even be retained and my hcg levels were abnormally low and dropping a week and a half ago. If the line was super light I would think it was my hcg still dropping but the test is more positive than it was when I had the miscarriage. Anyone experience anything similar??
