All of my apps say that I'm 4 weeks today. I haven't tested yet but I'm showing symptoms like my boobs hurt, morning sickness, flatulence, and fatigue. The father (my boyfriend) wants me to wait until tomorrow when he's at home to test but BabyCenter app says to test today October 3rd. I just don't want to test today have it be negative and all these symptoms be in my head. So my question is is it possible that I could have all these symptoms this early in my pregnancy?

Forgot to add that this is my 2nd pregnancy and I'm 32.
