Today after work I felt nauseous and had to unbutton my Jeans in order to be able to breathe cause they were cutting into my stomach and yet I don’t know why my pants would be this tight cause I’ve never had my jeans be so tight that I had to unbutton them while driving home.

Can someone please tell me what exactly is going on cause I know that I haven’t put my birth control patch on yet and so yet I just want to know why my jeans feel like this lately.
