Chemical pregnancy again 2nd time this year

I got BFP only couple days then it turned negative. I had low progesterone blood tests. I started progesterone 200mg pills once a daily directed by my obgyn doc but still had bleeding then all my tests were negative afterwards 4-5 days later. Please advice. 😭😭😭 This is my 2nd chemical this year. Please advice.
