Metformin helped me Conceive

This morning i just found out i was 25 wks + 4 days pregnant🥹💕 I had no idea not one symptom besides a missed period & having PCOS i never had regular periods anyway , I’ve cried tears of joy all day because I didn’t think it could happen to me i had so many questions & really was about to give up but now i have a baby to look forward too , seeing and hearing its precious heart beat makes my life worth it all over again , Im still shocked im this far along without ever noticing a thing‼️ Ladies its all possible & please don’t let no doctor or anyone tell u different
