Gained the most weight

I’m 35 weeks and gained about 7lbs in total until I hit 32 weeks. From 32 to now 35 I gained 8lbs. Is this normal? I have an apt with my OB at the end of the week but did anyone else gain rapid weight within one month at the end? I was a normal BMI pre pregnancy.
