20w 4d and cramping

Have any of you experienced light cramping that comes and goes all day. I feel like my uterus tightens up every time im having the cramping. At 1st I thought it was Braxton hicks but I’ve had them for more than 2 days non stop. I also have a fibroid too so I don’t know if maybe that’s what’s causing the pain. Any of you have had fibroids while pregnant? Did it cause pain?
