Anyone had this low of levels? What was your outcome

Going early pregnancy unit tomorrow for bloods and scan but I am thinking I need to prepare myself for the worse now!
My tests are dark like dye stealers but unfortunately my hcg levels are low. I should be 5wk4 days.
Any insight would be amazing the good and the bad so I can be prepared
Update bloods where wrong it was 717 not 71.7
