Uti? Kidney stone?

So this morning I work up middle of night to pee and I felt almost like pressure on my bladder. Even after peeing I still felt that pressure. This morning when I get up I had to pee bad again (4am -6am) when I went I felt the same pressure and then there was very light red blood when I wiped and same thing just now. I keep feeling like I have to pee and pressure on the bladder. 
I’m on BC, last had sex Friday night.. last period was 9/19-9/25.

That sounds like a bad UTI especially if you’ve come to the point of having blood. You need to get to the doctor ASAP and get antibiotics as a UTI can spread to your kidneys, bladder, etc.

Sounds like a UTI more than anything else. You'd have extreme pain with a kidney stone. Like, serious pain.
