Breast Pump Recommendations

Hi Ladies! Have any of you gotten any breast pump recommendations or have used any that are solid? Here is the list I’ve received so far and of course the ones most highly recommended to me are the most expensive as high as ~$500. I will definitely need something wireless/hands free with my line of work that is most concealable as I work with patients daily so it needs to be nearly undetectable as I also work long hours (10+).
