What’s the best stain remover for clothes, socks especially for white clothes?

I used this for my white socks but still can see the darkness on them. I don’t know how stain care usually is as I usually throw things away with them but don’t want to anymore.

I usually just do straight bleach in the washer machine no detergents added- I think it works good for my bed sheets idk about socks as they’re thicker but it wouldn’t hurt

I usually do what the other commenter said about bleach! Sometimes I will take a toothbrush, dip it into the bleach and dab it onto whatever stain I’m trying to remove and wait about 5-7 minutes then throw in the washer

I use oxy clean powder for everything and it always stays as white as brand new. You can also let it sit with Shout for a couple of days that works well for me as well.
