Normal at 9dpo?

Had a MC 4 weeks ago, been waiting for my period to show any day now. Yesterday and today the nausea is so bad just like it was last month when I was pregnant but I can seem to eat through it whereas when I was pregnant I couldn’t hardly stomach anything, I’m also sweating like mad again this month for the last two days which was something that happened when I found out I was pregnant as well. But today a dull back ache started and I wiped once and there was slight pink blood, only the one time of wiping and nothing since. I did take a test just due to the nausea which I know is too early and can be a sign of your period starting too but that’s not normal for me but since I had a MC idk what is normal anymore. Idk what implantation bleeding looks like or how it goes but did anybody else have these symptoms and get a positive a few days later? They’re the same as last time other than the back ache and one time spotting.
