Nausea because of pregnancy ?

Hi guys. I missed two pills in my pack when I went on a trip to hawaii. I would immediately take both pills the following day when I realized I forgot to take it. I’m back on track now but I’ve been feeling insane amounts of nausea. While I was in hawaii I would have sex with my bf, no condom because we never used them either way , so could there be a chance the nausea is because I missed the two pills? In the past, I’ve missed pills before, took them the next day and I would still get my period but I’ve been having insane nausea. I hate it. What do you guys think?
