can babies flip around at 33weeks?

FTM. currently 33+4. 
when I was 32+6 i got an ultrasound and got told baby was head down already. Today (33+4)i got another one and tech said she was head up. 
is baby still able to flip up and down whenever she wants this far along ?? it’s only been 5 days so i didn’t think i would get told she’s head up now

My baby went back and forth until 36 weeks when she finally nestled in head down and has stayed ever since. I looked into spinning babies and “how to flip a breech” type videos on YouTube and focused a lot on how I sat/laid and did a lot of walking to encourage her to her head down. It’s not too late for babe to flip and don’t stress too much about it just yet!

With my first baby i was always told that my baby is head down & ready from 31weeks and onwards. One day i had to go in EPU coz my baby wasn’t moving much. They monitored me and said he’s doing well in  there. I had a gut feeling something was just not right so i had to act abit and get an ultrasound. Got scanned and found out that baby was never head down, and it was too late to turn him around as he was almost full term and there was no mote space for him to turn. he’s head was up which ended me in csection. They tried turning his position with the hand movement first but it just didnt work. I wouldn’t trust all midwifes. Just believe your instincts.

My baby was head down when I was induced, then breech 12 hours later when contractions started (38+6) 🤪

Yes they can flip at any time , its just less likely once you hit 37 weeks but definitely possible. 
My son was breeched, at 37+ weeks I had them flip him, then 10 days later when my water broke he was breech again
