Hi :)I've been put under for a few times and all went well. Having your gallbladder removed is a routine procedure, your surgeon has probably done it a hundred and more times. I understand you're worried but honestly, it's not bad. Those were the best naps of my entire life and you are in and out without noticing. You wake up and wonder whether you've already been in surgery :D
Gallstones
I have gallstones since having my son four months ago. I’m due to have surgery to have my gallbladder removed. I can’t bare the thought of being put to sleep and I’m totally freaked out by it. Am I being dramatic to be so worried about risks and all the things that could go wrong? Has anybody any experiences they could share? It would be much appreciated by a stressed out mumma. FYI I’m in the uk and they have told me it will be key hole surgery so is that better? Any help appreciated?
