Help I’m so confused

So I got a positive test on the 24th of September (picture attached) I was about 9dpo and was feeling a bit naff so took the test. Couldn’t believe my eyes when it came up positive so took 3 more over the next 12 hours one being my FMU all were negative.

I tested every morning since and have all been negative. I had some light bleeding for two days on and off about a week later.

I’m so confused was it a false positive? Did I fall pregnant and loose it? What was the bleeding? Implantation?

I’m still having pregnancy symptoms such as heartburn slight nausea achey boobs but testing negative and not due on my period for 3 more days.
