Does it happen when you're sitting? 
I had that too during pregnancy while sitting for long periods like on my drive home from work. My MFM doctor said it's from blood pooling in my legs from the pressure of the baby, and the increased heart rate is a compensation to prevent me from passing out from limited blood flow to the brain. He said it's completely normal.

It's super normal. Your blood volume increases significantly and your heart has to pump it.
