Little back story..

We just had a miscarriage with what would have been baby #3. Had a d&c on 9/16, cleared on 9/27 to try again. Ive heard your most fertile after a miscarriage. I am starting to feel nauseous, have not started my period since the d&c.

Would it be crazy to think that we could be pregnant in the less than 2 weeks since we got cleared to have sex? Idk if it would make sense to test now or if I should give it the rest of October and test at the end?

Obgyn suggested we wait a full period cycle due to it making it easy to tell gestational age, but said it was fine if we did not wait.
