In very small quantities. But I wouldn't risk it. Most herbal teas aren't super safe.

In large quantities or in supplement form no. Topical use or small amounts of tea is totally fine. If you're looking to use it as sleep support though, I find Valerian to be much more effective than chamomile.

There’s not much evidence on the effects really. I always drank it in pregnancies and everything was fine. With that being said drinking it in large quantities or taking a chamomile supplement is a Nono.

It's the first I'm hearing of this 😳 I drank it often in my pregnancies with other herbal teas. I just stayed away from raspberry leaf tea
