What is it?

So I had some irritation about 2 weeks ago, which is gone now. It was just itchy and became a little raw but since then I’ve had some white build up on the labia, like on the lips. I’ve gotten tested and it’s not a yeast infection or anything. Could it just be healing from being itchy? Has this happened to anyone? What could it be?
