There are no words to describe what each individual has been through, there has been so many stories from individuals that chat in to 988 that my whole heart goes out too, sometimes with my job I am able to help others, but the times that the chat ends abruptly with a concerning last message, are gut-wrenching.

Some question when they chat in if there is a real person on the other end and the simple answer is yes.

The person chatting in will never see those who cry about their situation, those who throw their headphones off and run out of office questioning if they had done enough to help them.

I just wish I could see these individuals and just give them the biggest hug, let them know that I can see their pain.
