Exclusive pumping

I just found out today that my one month old is considered underweight. She is now having to supplement with formula and the doctor recommended that I exclusively pump for now.. I need all the suggestions for exclusive pumping 😩 I feel like I've let my baby starve and I feel overwhelmed and I don't even know where to start.
