11 days pp: feels like UTI but isn’t

I had my son 11 days ago. About 5 days pp I had some discomfort when urinating and I went in and they took my urine. The culture was negative but im having some discomfort when I need to pee and when I first start peeing. I didn’t have this with my first. Is this normal for post partum?
